WELCOME DR. WENDY M. NICHOLSON TO DSJ EDITORS' TEAM

Wendy is a recent Ph.D. graduate from Rutgers University and an independent scholar, researcher, and consultant whose scholarship focuses on the intersections of race, racism, and public policy; Racial Battle Fatigue; Critical Race Theory; and social equity, with a concentration on the experiences of Black women across sectors and industries, both nationally and internationally. "I have published multiple scholarly articles and book chapters, and presented at national and international conferences on these topics. I am passionate about advancing social justice and equity through evidence-based research and practice, and leveraging my communication skills to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders."
