Critical Race Theory and Adult Education - Extended Call
Dialogues in Social Justice: An Adult Education Journal joins a myriad of academic journal editors, social justice scholars, critical race theorists in a collaborative and concerted effort to thwart the ignorance and politicizing of CRT particularly as it affects adult education.
This is an extended call for Research Articles, Reflection Essays, Book Reviews, original Political Cartoons, Artwork, Photography or Teaching Tools relevant to Critical Race Theory and adult education. Books under review should have been published within the previous five years.
Submissions must have relevance to adult, continuing, and/or higher education as well as relevance to critical race theory and social justice. We seek to include contributions from: adult educators in community-based programs, social justice activists who employ adult education practice as well as the university community. Graduate students in adult education are encouraged to submit.
Submitted manuscripts must be written in the style outlined in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th ed.), not previously published, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Consider submitting a book review, original political cartoon, artwork, photography or teaching tool for to Dialogues in Social Justice: An Adult Education Journal.
