Abstract

As a dedicated open-access research-to-practice journal, The Dialog: A Journal for Inclusive Early Childhood Professionals promotes the translation of research to practice in pursuit of meaningful inclusion across early childhood personnel preparation, practice, and policy. The Dialog solicits manuscripts that aim to produce positive outcomes for young children and their families in ways that reflect lived experiences and varied perspectives from across the early childhood context. Recognizing the centrality of interdisciplinary practice to effective inclusion, the journal welcomes manuscripts from various fields and those that explore a wide range of topics. In this article, we seek to provide support and encouragement to prospective authors by detailing why and how one writes for The Dialog.
