Registration Protocol: 

We will ask the following questions during Registration:

  1. Contact Information
  2. Role (Student, Educator, Odissi Soloist, Scholar)
  3. A $25 fee applies for conference registration if you are dance student.
  4. Gala Concerts are ticketed events administered through UNC Charlotte Box Office.

  5. We have organized the registration process through Google Form. Registrants will receive an email with links to gather program information from the conference convener by February 20 2025. We will be collecting the following information outside of registration:

    • Brown Bag Research Sharing 
    • Dance Educators' Showcase
    • Dance Students' Sharing
    • Artist Speakeasy

Tentative Conference Itinerary: 

May 3, 10 am to 12 pm: Black Box Lab: Artist Speakeasy

May 3, 12-2 pm: Brown Bag Research Sharing 

May 3, 6-9 pm : Gala Concert: Ensemble Showcase with Live Music

May 4, 10 am to 1 pm: Black Box Lab: Artist Solos

May 4, 12-2 pm: Brown Bag Research Sharing 

May 4, 6-9 pm: Gala Concert: Keynote
