Dr. Charlotte Russell Cox, North Carolina Central University
Dr. Charlotte Russell Cox is the Associate Director of the Office of e-Learning at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). Dr. Russell Cox holds several Quality Matters roles such as Master Reviewer and Applying the QM Rubric (APPQMR) workshop facilitator. She collaborates with various stakeholders at NCCU including Faculty Fellows and manages the digital badge initiative. Prior to joining the Office of e-Learning, Dr. Russell Cox served as the Instructional Technology Specialist for Academic Computing Services at Campbell University where she assisted faculty members with integrating technology into their courses.
Dr. Larrisha McGill-Youngblood , North Carolina Central University
Dr. Larrisha McGill-Youngblood is the Director of the Office of e-Learning at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). Dr. McGill-Youngblood is the Quality Matters Coordinator for NCCU and holds the Master Reviewer role to ensure high standards in online course design and delivery. Prior to joining the Office of e-Learning, Dr. McGill-Youngblood served as the director of the Executive Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at NCCU. In this role, she directed and managed the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the program, including recruitment, admissions, and curriculum management.
